Profile Summary -


  • Uniformed Guard.
  • Trained resource.
  • At least a matriculate; Minimum 12 -18 months of work experience in a similar role.
  • Communicates effectively (in Hindi and/or Local language).
  • Between 22- 45 years of age
  • Physically and mentally fit.

KRA’s -


  • Will be assigned specific areas & responsibilities for vigilance..
  • Observe, Record, Intervene and Report any suspect and unusual activity/ possible threat to the Assets/Employees.
  • Work under the direct command of Site Supervisor and Field Officers. Aid the Supervisor in gathering intelligence within the area of operation to deter or pre-empt any untoward incidents.
  • Act as a strong deterrent against any possible violations within his area of responsibility
