  • Any incident, which may cause business loss, will be reported to client and central Force-9 Commandos Team through SMS containing the following details immediately:
    • Date, time of incident
    • Location
    • Equipment details
    • Description of incident
    • Availability of redundancy
    • Any injury details.
  • Detailed report in proper Force-9 Commandos format of will be submitted within 24 hrs of incident.
  • A “5 Why” and “1 How” format of root cause analysis will be submitted to client and Force-9 Commandos central team with proper root cause findings and corrective & preventive action.
  • In case of expenses in corrective & preventive action the quotes will be submitted to client
  • After due approval on costing the action will be completed and report will be submitted to client.
  • All the incidents will be put in tracker and quarterly/ annually basis and the analysis report will be shared with client.
